Pick Your Concern. See What Your Plan Looks Like

Different concerns need different facials. This is roughly what the doctor will plan for each. Your exact plan is set after your skin check.

Pigmentation and Dark Spots

What you notice
Brown patches on the cheeks or forehead, sun spots, a tan that never fully leaves, or marks left behind by old pimples.
What we use
Photofacial light sessions and brightening medifacials, with a peel added where your skin suits it.
Typical course
Usually 4 to 6 sessions, 3 to 4 weeks apart.
Good to know
Pigmentation is managed, not switched off. Daily sunscreen at home decides how well your results hold.
Pigmentation Package

Acne and Breakouts

What you notice
Pimples that return in the same places, blackheads and whiteheads, oily skin by midday, and a mark after every breakout.
What we use
Deep cleansing medifacials with careful extraction, oil control and calming actives. Marks are treated once the active breakouts settle.
Typical course
Usually 4 to 6 sessions, 2 to 3 weeks apart.
Good to know
Painful or cystic acne often needs medical care alongside facials. The doctor will tell you honestly at the skin check.
Skin Package

Dull or Tanned Skin

What you notice
Skin that looks tired by the afternoon, uneven tone, tan lines, or makeup that sits flat.
What we use
It's A Medifacial, our signature session. Mesoporation and RF help active serums reach deeper, finished with an antioxidant mask.
Typical course
A course of 3 to 4 sessions, then one a month for upkeep.
Good to know
No downtime. Most people go straight back to work.
Glow Package

Fine Lines and Texture

What you notice
Fine lines, open pores, rough texture, or skin that has lost its bounce.
What we use
The Exosomes Facial and derma needling, chosen by the doctor for your skin.
Typical course
Usually 3 to 4 sessions, about 4 weeks apart.
Good to know
Derma needling can leave a day or two of redness. Plan it away from big occasions.
Skin Package

Tired Under Eyes

What you notice
Puffiness, dullness or a tired look under the eyes that concealer does not fix.
What we use
The Eye Facial, a focused session for the delicate under eye area.
Typical course
Often added to a face package, so both are done in the same visit.
Good to know
Dark circles have several causes. The doctor will tell you what a facial can and cannot change.

Wedding or Event Coming Up

What you want
Skin that looks calm, even and rested on the day, in person and in photos.
What we use
A mix of corrective and glow facials, planned backwards from your date.
Typical course
Best started 4 to 6 weeks ahead, with the last session about a week before.
Good to know
Brides, grooms and family are all welcome. Tell us the date and we will work out the rest.

Downtime and Aftercare

Most medifacials need none. Here is what to expect so nothing surprises you.

After Your Session

  • Back to your day. Most facials have no downtime at all.
  • Mild redness. Possible for a few hours after peels or extraction.
  • Makeup. Best left until the next morning.
  • Needling sessions. Allow a day or two for redness to settle.

At Home

  • Sunscreen every day. It protects the results you are paying for.
  • Skip scrubs and strong actives for about three days.
  • No bleach, waxing or threading on the face for a week.
  • Follow the routine you are given. It is short on purpose.

I came in 6 months out with pigmentation issues I'd had for years. The plan was completely customised to my skin. By the wedding, my skin had never looked better.

Booked in panic with one week to go. The doctor told me exactly what was safe at that stage. The glow drip plus hydrafacial sequence was worth it.

My skin reacts to everything. They built the entire plan around what wouldn't trigger my eczema. Felt actually heard for the first time at a clinic.

Questions About Facials and Packages

What is the difference between a medifacial and a regular facial?

A regular facial cleans and relaxes the skin. A medifacial is planned by a doctor for a specific concern and uses clinical actives, peels and devices that a salon does not. Results build over a course of sessions.

Which facial is best for pigmentation?

It depends on the type and depth of the pigmentation, which is why the skin check comes first. Most plans combine photofacial light sessions with brightening medifacials, and sunscreen at home.

Can a facial help with acne?

Yes, for many people. Acne focused medifacials clear blocked pores, control oil and calm the skin. If your acne is painful or cystic, the doctor may advise medical care alongside your sessions.

How many sessions will I need?

Most concerns need 4 to 6 sessions spaced a few weeks apart. Glow and event packages are shorter. You will know the exact number before you start.

What do facial packages cost?

The price depends on the facials in your plan and the number of sessions. It is confirmed after your skin check and before you pay for anything. EMI options are available.

Is there any downtime?

Most medifacials have none. Peels and extraction can leave mild redness for a few hours. Needling sessions may need a day or two.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The doctor checks your skin and history first and chooses products and settings to suit it. Tell us about any allergies, recent treatments or medicines at the skin check.

How early should I start before my wedding?

Ideally 4 to 6 weeks ahead, with your last session about a week before. If you have less time, come in anyway and we will plan around your date.
